LARKIN SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Association By-laws provide for the issuance of common sense
rules and regulations in setting guidelines to Unit Owners,
their guests and renters for an orderly day-to-day use of
the outside areas of Larkin Square. The following are the
rules approved by the Unit Owners:
- Clothes, towels and other objects should not be hung over
railings or in other outside areas.
- Refuse and waste must be disposed of in the enclosed waste
area designated, and not left exposed on stairways or other
undesignated outside areas.
- Barbeques are not permitted on porches, decks or other
outside areas within the Larkin Square Condominium Complex.
- With respect to the parking area:
a. Assigned spaces should be respected and not used by anyone
other than those to which each space is assigned.
b. Entrance to the parking lot should be at the Merry-Go-Round
end of the lot; exit should be at the alleyway at the other
end (East side of St. Clairs).
c. Speed within the lot should be slow, especially alert
to children and other pedestrians.
- The planted area should be respected, both inside the
perimeter and the barrel plantings surrounding the complex.
Children, especially should be warned to respect the beauty
of the planted areas.
- Pets are allowed for Unit Owners, but not for renters.
Unit Owners must take responsibility for picking up and
disposing of any refuse created by their pets in the condo
complex area.
- Unit Owners are urged to be familiar with the Emergency
Plan, and take precautions to assure the protective
measures outlined therein are followed for the mutual benefit
of all Owners. Porch furniture and other loose items should
be brought inside the Unit during times of high winds, and
must be brought in during the off-season.
- Unit Owners or renters are urged to report situations
that are detrimental to the condominium complex. The answering
